NHS App saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 52.9K by the end of September. Active users also trended upward, starting at approximately 2.4M and reaching nearly 2.8M by the end of the quarter.

Pharmacy2U NHS Prescriptions experienced a significant rise in downloads mid-quarter, with numbers climbing from 8.9K to 11.4K before settling around 9.6K. Active users fluctuated, with a notable dip to 73.9K in mid-August, followed by recovery to over 100K by the end of September.

MyChart maintained a steady download rate, with a slight increase to 7.7K in late September. Active users hovered around the 100K mark, showing minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
